The New Jerk City communist mayor zero mandummy says that his government-backed grocery stores will require government IDs proving residency in order for the government to recognize your "human right" to grocery prices that are 30 percent below retail.

Can't have IDs to prove one can legally vote but gotta have one to buy groceries.  More restrictions on buying groceries than voting...what a **** joke!!!
